No, reservation or holding of products is not available at the moment.
How will I know if MTJ has received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email titled Sales Order Summary once your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting our customer service before it is dispatched.

How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept secure online payments through Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards.
How do I redeem a discount code?
- Go to your cart.
- Enter your code on the checkout page.
- Click Apply to see the updated total.
When will I receive my refund after order cancellation?
Refunds are processed to the same card within 10 business days of cancellation.

Shipping & Handling
What type of shipping do you use?
We work with reliable UK courier services for fast and safe delivery.
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any issues. If your parcel is returned to us, you must contact us within 3 weeks to arrange redelivery, otherwise your order will be refunded.
Can I change the shipping or billing address after placing an order?
Once an order is processed and dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
What is the difference between “Order ID” and “Tracking ID”?
- Order ID: Provided in your confirmation email and used to identify your purchase.
- Tracking ID: Sent after dispatch to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

Can I get a refund if I return my perfume?
Yes, once we receive your return and verify it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Contact us immediately. If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we’ll refund the full product cost and delivery charges.
