Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

• All orders placed through mtjonline.co.uk are delivered across the UK using trusted courier services.
• Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

During periods of high volume such as seasonal launches, sales, or holiday promotions, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status via the courier’s website.
• Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout to receive order and tracking updates.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel.
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
• If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery and no contact is made within 3 weeks, your order will be refunded.
