Failed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the courier:

• We will hold your parcel for three weeks from the date we receive it.
• You must contact us within that period to arrange redelivery.
• If no contact is made, a full refund for the goods will be issued.
• If you wish to purchase the item again after the 3-week window, you must place a new order at the current website price. Previous discounts or offers may no longer apply.

Return Postage

• If your item was received damaged or incorrect, MTJ UK LTD will bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Process
